Calculate Time Difference Between Two Times in Excel 2007

Here is how to calculate difference time between two times in Excel 2007.

Say, departure time is 10:20 AM (stored in A1 cell) and arrival time is 2:30 PM (stored in B1 cell). So to calculate how long hours and minutes travel time, just subtract arrival time with departure time (=B1-A1) then convert cell format to Time format.

Note : Must use AM/PM time format! and type a space before type AM or PM!!

Berikut cara menghitung selisih jam-menit-detik di Excel 2007. Misal waktu keberangkatan di sel A2 yaitu jam 10:20 AM. Lalu waktu kedatangan di sel A4 yaitu jam 2:30 PM. Maka untuk menghitung selisih jam-menit-detik, masukkan formula : =A4-A2. Kemudian ubah format sel yang mengandung formula menjadi format Time.


Perhatian : untuk penulisan jam-menit-detik harus menggunakan format AM/PM. Misal 10:30 AM (awas, harus ada spasi sebelum AM atau PM!!!).
